Do you provide international shipping?

We offer International Shipping at a Flat Rate of $25 AUD

Can I return my item?

If you are dissatisfied in any way, you can return your products for an Exchange or a Store Credit, as long as the products have not been opened.  Notification within 7 days of delivery is required and the products need to be returned within 10 days.

My item is faulty

In the event that your product is faulty, then a replacement, a refund or store credit will be awarded.  If the item is faulty please contact us at  Please note that notification within 7 days of receipt is required.

Can I return my product if it has been opened and used?

We regret we cannot offer a refund or a return once the product has been opened.
